• Better to stay in season
Seasonal foods are definitely a treat and very tasty. Make sure you treat them that way. Your main courses will be so tasty when you used seasonal fruits as the main ingredient. Heavily processed foods are very bad for you and you should avoid them while eating healthy. So no packaged foods. Instead of bemoaning the loss of your “little debbies” or packaged cookies, instead focus on how delicious your homemade treats are. Now you can be proud of yourself not only for eating right, but for making a healthy living recipe that is so delicious.
• Pay attention to your family
When you first read this, it may not sound like much of a recipe. Nevertheless, the food often tastes better when meals are about spending time together and not just about the food on the table.
