If you’re reading this article right now then you obviously know what hives is after doing your research. Before I had chronic hives for six straight months, I had little knowledge of this condition.

I did not know of anybody who had hives, although studies show that around ten percent of the population will be affected by this condition at least once in their lives.

A healthy person’s immune system will be gently in action all the time, unbeknown to you.

But a seriously compromised immune system will show up as permanent health problems, such as allergies.

Here are some of the reasons for a compromised immune system and how you may be ensuring your food allergies remain. Knowing the reasons can go a long way to showing you how to resolve the problem.

  1. Eating fast, junk and processed food is a great way to compromise your immune system.
  2. Vaccines and medication all lower your immune system.
  3. Lack of sun may destroy you immunity.
  4. Allowing stresses of work, home and relationships to build up unresolved is the best way to knock your health.
  5. If you don’t get your optimum amount of rest and sleep, you can be sure you will never be healthy.
  6. By not taking regular exercise, especially gentle exercise outside in nature, the nails will be piling into your coffin of self destruction.

Many people feel that they just have to put up with health problems, that it is just part of them.

They are so wrong!

There is a cure for everything. A natural cure for everything. But you need to take control of your health to achieve it. It’s no good giving your health care to someone else. No one cares about your health as much as you do. No-one knows as much about you as you do.

Even more frightening is the fact that some people have hives for more than a decade without relief. I began to lose hope as my research continued. One day I came across a website which brought me some good news.

I found the website for the International Chronic Urticaria Society. If you don’t know Urticaria is the scientific term for hives. This website has a lot of information on chronic hives and what steps you can take to find treatment
